This is a senior, high-impact role focused on driving origination, relationship management, and market growth across London and the Home Counties. The Opportunity
We're seeking a commercially minded and well-connected professional with a proven track record within real estate lending, specialist property finance, or development finance. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business origination and relationship development across London and the Home Counties
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients, brokers, and introducers

- Contribute to sales strategy and market positioning initiatives
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive developments to support business growth

About You
- Proven business development and relationship management experience within real estate lending, specialist property finance, or a related sector
- Strong network of brokers, introducers, and industry contacts across London and the Home Counties
- Commercially astute with excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of lending structures, credit principles, and property finance markets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team
- Degree educated in Finance, Banking, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline
