City based International Bank is looking to recruit a Customer Services Officer on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Customer Services Officer will be the main customer service representative and point of contact for the Bank’s individual customers, helping with queries and their everyday banking needs.
This role would support the team members with duties such as:
- Payment confirmations for individual customers
- Updating the banking system as necessary
- Logging complaints
- Being the department’s vulnerable customer champion
This position is a great role to learn and gain experience in the retail banking sector. The ideal candidate should foster and maintain a welcoming, professional and service-oriented output.
Ideal candidates should have previous Customer Services experience from within the banking sector and have good knowledge of UK Retail Banking products, debit cards and fixed-term deposits. Candidates must also have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship isn’t offered for this position.
