The Role
As a Senior Protection Adviser, you'll provide expert advice on complex personal and business protection cases while playing an important role in the continued growth of the protection division. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help develop new business opportunities, strengthen professional partnerships and support the development of a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys complex protection planning and wants to progress into a leadership role as the business continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver expert advice across personal, family and business protection.
- Manage complex protection cases for business owners, directors and high-net-worth clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow protection revenue through existing clients and professional introducers.
- Help recruit, coach and develop a growing protection team.
- Build strong relationships with accountants, solicitors, tax advisers, wealth managers and other professional partners.
- Work closely with leading insurers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain exceptional advice quality, FCA compliance and outstanding customer service.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience advising on protection solutions.
- A strong background in complex business protection.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, directors and business owners.
- Excellent knowledge of trusts, underwriting and protection planning.
- A commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- CeMAP, DipFA or equivalent qualifications.
- A full UK driving licence.
It would be advantageous if you also have:
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience.
- Experience helping to grow or develop a protection team.
- An established network of professional introducers.
