Are you the person who keeps everything running smoothly? We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager who thrives on organisation, enjoys variety and takes pride in making things happen behind the scenes. This isn't a traditional PA role. It's an opportunity to become the operational heartbeat of a growing business—working closely with senior leaders while supporting sales, marketing, events and office operations. If you're proactive, commercially aware and love bringing order to a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step.
The Opportunity
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership, coordinating high-profile networking events, managing office operations and helping deliver an outstanding experience for colleagues, clients and business partners. No two days will be the same. One day you could be managing executive diaries and preparing board papers; the next you'll be organising a business networking event, coordinating suppliers or helping welcome new team members.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide first-class Executive Assistant support to senior leaders.
- Proactively manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and priorities.
- Coordinate a growing programme of networking events, client hospitality and charity initiatives.
- Support sales activity through meeting coordination, introductions and relationship management.
- Ensure the office runs efficiently, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Organise team events, celebrations and wellbeing initiatives that help build an outstanding culture.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding and wider people support.
- Prepare business communications, meeting packs and action trackers to keep projects moving.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and staying one step ahead. You'll ideally have:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or in a similar operational support role.
- Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work independently.
- Experience in financial services, CRM platforms such as Monday.com or HubSpot, or coordinating corporate networking events would be advantageous but is not essential.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to become an integral part of an ambitious and growing business where your contribution will be seen, valued and genuinely make a difference. You'll have the chance to:
- Work closely with senior leadership and influence how the business operates.
- Be involved in exciting networking events, client hospitality and business initiatives.
- Help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
- Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.
- Build a long-term career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
If you're highly organised, resourceful and love making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
