We’re recruiting for two permanent Client Services Executive positions within a London-based wealth and investment management business. These are excellent opportunities for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail and wants to develop a career within financial services.
Salary: £30,000–£50,000 depending on experience

We’re open to candidates at different stages of their career, including straight graduates who can demonstrate the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
As a Client Services Executive, you’ll play an important role in delivering a high-quality service to private clients and intermediaries, while providing essential support to client-facing teams.
- Supporting client onboarding, including KYC and suitability processes
- Coordinating with Operations, Risk & Compliance and other internal teams
- Providing general administrative and office support where required
Previous office experience would be beneficial, and experience within financial services, wealth management or an IFA environment would be an advantage — but it isn’t essential. We’re also happy to consider recent graduates who have the potential, professionalism and enthusiasm to develop within the role.
An IOC Investment Operations Certificate (Level 3) or willingness to work towards this would be advantageous.
