Altium Legal is in a high-growth phase, and we are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our network of mortgage brokers and estate agents. About the Role

This is a remote and field-based role, requiring a self-motivated, results-driven professional who excels in cold outreach and face-to-face engagement. You will be responsible for generating your own leads, reaching out to potential introducers, and converting them into long-term partners. You will also attend networking events, exhibitions, and awards dinners to further expand our presence. When not in the field, you will work from home and attend monthly sales meetings in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage your own leads, identifying potential introducers through cold calling, social media, email, and in-person visits.
  • Engage and convert mortgage brokers and estate agents, using strong sales techniques to bring them on board.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, leveraging multiple prospecting methods to drive pipeline growth.
  • Visit prospective introducers' offices to build relationships and promote Altium Legal's services.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and awards dinners to create new business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed growth targets, driving new business and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings in London and in-person meetings as required.

  • Comfortable with regular travel and attending industry events.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
