Position Title: Supply Chain Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton (Site based)
Key responsibilities
- To provide critical support across the Supply Chain team and contributing effectively to ensure that all processes are followed and processed correctly.
- Provide analysis of open sales orders against forecast identifying shortfalls / additional demand.
- Update & Manage Customer Service OTIF KPI’s.
- Monitor & Update Current and future month’s order intake.
- Facilitate the return of any customer products liaising with all relevant departments.
- Support other roles within Supply Chain Team, cross training in Logistics, Order Processing & Production Coordinator to provide holiday cover if required.
- Manage & Update Internal Supply Chain NCRs.
- Scan In & Manage In-coming Delivery notes, Customer POD’s & Driver Sign In Sheets.
- Chase Supplier’s & Ensure All BRC certifications are up to date.
- Update Within IFS Customer/Supplier Prices.
- Assist Supply Chain Controller with fortnightly stock takes on all inventory parts.
- Provide Aged Stock Reports To Sales Team.
