Production Operative - Forza - Normanton

Responsibilities

• Products are correctly packed and labelled to target in line with company and customer expectations and ensure that you report any defects or poor quality to a Line Leader. You will correctly pack finished goods safely, to specification standards and in the correct orientation within each box and safely stack boxes to a required height.

Qualifications

• You should have good practical skills and the ability to work quickly and methodically and within a team whilst you have the ability to concentrate whilst doing repetitive tasks and follow instructions.
• With a 'Can do' attitude and proactive approach, you should have an understanding of health and safety policies in the workplace and entry level in both written and spoken English.
• Previous experience of working in a fast‑paced environment is essential, specifically within a food production or chilled environment background is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in a chilled environment (protective clothing provided).
