About the Role
Join Our Dynamic Onsite Technical Team at Forza Foods! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Line Leader to become a vital part of our onsite Hygiene Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Hygiene and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Position Details:
- Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shift patterns between 6:30am and 10:30pm
- Location: Forza Foods – Site Based Role
- Contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Re‑evaluate cleaning procedures, practices and standards in line with best practice, customer guidelines and legislation
- Plan and organize resources to ensure all factory areas are covered with relevant skills and experience, including deep cleaning
- Identify training needs and report to the Hygiene Trainer and Hygiene Manager as required
- Assist with training where required
- Perform chemical dosage checks
- Perform ATP swabs
- Inspect lines to ensure cleaning has been carried out correctly and arrange re‑cleaning if necessary
- Ensure task sheets and other paperwork are completed accurately
- Maintain excellent communication within the team
- Ensure a safe working environment is kept for all colleagues
- Report any Health & Safety issues to the Hygiene Management
- Stand in for supervisors to cover holiday/absence
