We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Factory Trainer to become a vital part of our onsite Training Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Training and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm
- Location: Forza Foods - Site Based
- Contract Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Induction training for new starters and refresh current colleagues including food safety & health and safety
- Mandatory training module requirements for site and legal requirements
- Operational training module training
- Evaluate colleague operational performance via internal audit sheets
- Management training modules in relation to shop floor operations
- Preparing and reviewing Standard Operational Procedures
- Liaise with Management team members in relation to training requirements and/or issues
- Support and mentor new colleagues
- Ensure training matrix information is maintained and updated as and when required
- Work with and develop the site shop floor training supports
- Plan training schedules (with the training manager) to cover all training requirements and dates
