About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our onsite warehouse team at IPL Sittingbourne. This role is part of a permanent, site‑based position covering a 4 on 4 off schedule (7am-7pm).
Position Details
- Schedule: 4 on 4 off, 7am – 7pm
- Location: IPL Sittingbourne – Site Based Role
- Contract Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and prompt picking, packing, and dispatch of depot warehouse goods.
- Receive and check incoming stock in line with company goods in process, ensuring all labeling and temperature disciplines are completed, and products are correctly located.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork (Goods In/Goods Out/Picking) is completed fully at all times and waste is disposed of safely and according to company processes.
- Perform MHE truck duties as required, conducting daily safety checks and observing company warehouse guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced warehouse, manufacturing, pack house, or produce environment.
- Forklift truck licence and knowledge of warehousing/store processes and procedures; possession of manual handling training is required.
- Ability to work under pressure, with good attention to detail and communication skills.
