About The Role
Join Our Dynamic Onsite Warehouse Team at IPL Inchture! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Key Operative to become a vital part of our onsite Warehouse Team at our Potato site in Inchture. If you are passionate about Operations and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1pm – 9:30pm
- Location: IPL, Inchture – Site Based Role
- Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Key Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within the depot. Your responsibilities will include:
- Order Fulfilment: Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching goods in line with operational targets, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
- Stock Management: Receiving and inspecting incoming stock in accordance with company procedures, ensuring correct labelling, temperature control, and appropriate storage within the warehouse.
- Documentation & Compliance: Completing all relevant documentation for goods in, goods out, and picking activities, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Waste Management: Disposing of waste safely and responsibly, following segregation protocols and environmental guidelines.
- MHE Operation: Operating material handling equipment (MHE) safely and competently, conducting daily safety checks, and adhering to warehouse operational standards.

We are seeking individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant Experience: Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within warehousing, manufacturing, pack house, or fresh produce sectors.
- Licences & Training: A valid Forklift Truck Licence and up-to-date manual handling training.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and safety.
