This position is based at our Potato packing facility in Inchture, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, on a permanent contract.
About The Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Operations Team as a SHE & Compliance Advisor. If you are passionate about health, safety, and environmental standards, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a health and safety culture by ensuring all procedures, risk assessments, and SSOWs are followed.
- Undertake SHE audits, validate KPIs, and present findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain SHE standards and accreditations, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage accident and near-miss database entries, investigate incidents, and lead investigations for high-potential incidents.
- Support training, risk assessments, and communication related to SHE standards.
- Coordinate external SHE audits and support the development of SOPs and related documentation.
What We Are Looking For
- NEBOSH qualification
- First Aid Trained
- Experience in SHE and Food safety auditing, HACCP training
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in the food industry and strong communication skills
