About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Production Team at IPL Sittingbourne!

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Packaging Operative to be part of our Production team at our Produce facility in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate about production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is for you!

Position Details:

  • Schedule: 4 on 4 off (Days) – 7am – 7pm
  • Location: IPL Sittingbourne – Site Based Role
  • Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake label printing via WLP2
  • Manage stock count, reconcile differences, and count stock on the lines
  • Investigate packaging waste and losses
  • Handle WLP2 label confirmations and designs
  • Update packaging KPIs
  • Check closed jobs to ensure correct packaging allocation

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working with KPIs
  • Experience in the Fresh Produce or Food Industry (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and flexible
  • Attention to detail, numerically and logically
  • Auditing skills
  • MHE License
  • Knowledge of BRC or Food Safety (desirable)
  • Knowledge of PR2 or similar system (desirable)
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft skills (desirable)
