About the Role

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Line Manager – Production to become a vital part of our onsite Production Team at Forza Foods’ Protein site in Normanton. The role is permanent, operating on a 4 on 2 off schedule with rotating shifts between 6:30 am and 10:30 pm. It is located at the Forza Foods site and involves leading a production line team, ensuring production plans are delivered and maintaining food safety, health and safety, hygiene and environment standards.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of production plans
  • Comply with company and legal standards (food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environment)
  • Assist in line managing a team of operatives (organise, develop, motivate, communicate)
  • Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours
  • Encourage teamwork
  • Help train new starters
  • To meet the required standards around specifications and quality
