About The Role
Join Our Dynamic Hygiene Team at IPL Telford! We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Hygienist to be an essential part of our team at our Dried Fruits & Nuts facility in Telford. If you are passionate about hygiene and eager to contribute, this role is ideal for you!
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, rotating shifts between 7:00am and 8:00pm
- Location: IPL Sittingbourne – Site Based Role
- Contract: Permanent
Your key responsibilities include:
- Completing daily cleaning procedures as per the schedule
- Cleaning 2 grader lanes each evening
- Ensuring floors and grids under washers are cleaned of potatoes
- Using chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations and storing them properly
- Completing daily paperwork and reporting issues or damages
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a factory environment
- Previous hygiene experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety policies
- Ability to work quickly and methodically
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to undertake training
- Food Safety Level 1 or equivalent (desirable)
- COSHH certification (desirable)
