Forza Foods is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Line Leader to become a vital part of our onsite Hygiene Team at our Protein site in Normanton.
Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
Contract Type: Permanent

- Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shift patterns between 6:30am and 10:30pm
About The Role:
Join Our Dynamic Onsite Technical Team at Forza Foods. We are looking for a Hygiene Line Leader to become a vital part of our onsite Hygiene Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Hygiene and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure cleaning procedures, practices and standards are re-evaluated in line with best practice, customer guidelines and legislation.
- To plan and organise resource to ensure that all areas of the factory are covered with the relevant skills and experience including deep cleaning.
- To identify training needs and report to the Hygiene Trainer and Hygiene Manager where required to ensure the relevant training can be carried out.
- To help with training where required.
- Carry out Chemical dosage checks.
- Carry out ATP swabs.
- To inspect lines to ensure cleaning has been carried out correctly and arrange re-cleaning if and when necessary.
- Ensure task sheets and other paperwork are completed accurately.
- To maintain excellent communication within the team.
- To ensure a safe working environment is kept for all colleagues.
- Report any Health & Safety issues to the Hygiene Management.
- Stand in for Supervisors to cover holiday/absence.
