We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (flexible around these hours)
- Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
- Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Help drive the HR team forward
- Build strong working relationships to advise
- Provide references & confirmation of employment for those that require them
- Assist with and develop recruitment campaigns
- Assist with recruitment up to Grade 3
- Update employee records with changes
- Schedule absence reviews and disciplinary meetings
- Conduct shortâterm sick welfare meetings
- Refer colleagues to Occupational Health where required and follow up after their meeting
- Manage amended duties with occupational help
- Produce reports for various departments, both internally and groupâwide
- Deal with HR queries
- Develop and implement engagement activities
- Maintain excellent communication within the team
- Ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues
- Report any health & safety issues to management
