Join the LEON family as a Front of House Team Member. We’re seeking a passionate and reliable team member to join one of our London retail food stores.
Location: Leon, Little Strand (Waterloo Bridge)
Schedule: 8 hours per week across Saturday and Sunday (flexible between 10:00 am and 9:30 pm)
Contract type: Permanent
About the role
Be the welcoming face of LEON, greeting every guest and teammate with warmth and positivity. Serve food and drinks confidently and quickly, guide customers through the menu, keep the store clean, safe, and well‑organised, support new team members, resolve customer queries with care, and maintain high standards of presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and positivity.
- Serve food and drinks quickly and confidently – within 30 seconds during peak times.
- Know the menu inside out and guide customers to their perfect choice.
- Keep counters, tills, and store areas spotless, safe, and well‑organised.
