About The Role
Join the LEON Family as a Front of House Team Member â Naturally Fast Food Thatâs Good for You and the Planet!
- Schedule: 16 hours per week (flexible)
- Location: Birmingham
- Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and positivity.
- Serve food and drinks quickly and confidently â within 30 seconds during peak times.
- Know the menu inside out and guide customers to their perfect choice.
- Keep counters, tills, and store areas spotless, safe, and wellâorganised.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and sprinter teams to keep service flowing.
- Support your team by training and mentoring new LEON colleagues.
- Handle guest queries with care and help resolve issue when needed.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and cleanliness at all times.
