About The Role
Join Our Dynamic Warehouse Team at IPL Sittingbourne! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Key Operative to become a vital part of our Warehouse Team at our Produce facility in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate about Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Position Details
- Schedule: 4 on 4 off (Days) – 7am – 7pm
- Location: IPL Sittingbourne – Site Based Role
- Contract Type: Permanent
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of depot warehouse goods, completing various warehouse tasks safely, accurately and efficiently, while upholding the highest standards of health and safety.
- Undertake receipt and checking of incoming stock in line with company goods‑in process, ensuring all labeling and temperature disciplines are completed appropriately and product is correctly located within the warehouse.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork (Goods In / Goods Out / Picking) is completed fully, and dispose of waste safely in line with company processes, segregating waste as necessary.
- Undertake MHE truck duties as required, driving correctly at all times, carrying out daily safety checks thoroughly and observing company warehouse guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced warehouse/manufacturing/pack house/produce environment.
- Forklift licence and good understanding of warehousing/store processes, along with manual handling training.
- Ability to work under pressure, with good attention to detail and communication skills.
