About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Commercial team at IPL and Asda!

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Advisor – Goods Not For Resale to be part of our onsite GNFR – Procurement & Packaging Team at our Head Office and Produce site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Commercial and eager to contribute to a vibrant team, this role is ideal for you!

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Location: Asda House, Leeds (occasional travel to other sites; flexible remote work up to 2 days/week)
  • Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Artwork Coordination: Manage artwork amendments under guidance from Group Packaging Technologist.
  • Project Coordination: Update printer, cutter, and recycling details for projects.
  • Packaging Specifications: Maintain all packaging specifications.
  • Database Management: Keep packaging weights database compliant with legislation.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to source, analyze, and interpret data for senior stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building skills across the Group
  • Attention to detail
  • Determination and willingness to learn
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Packaging Waste Regulations, artwork sign-off, BRC, IOP certification
  • Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
