Responsibilities
The Experienced Business Analyst is responsible for leading complex projects, working on strategic system improvements and business process optimization. This role requires advanced technical knowledge and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions. This role involves working on large-scale projects, multiple projects at once, and mentoring less experienced analysts.
- Requirements Gathering: Collecting and document business and system requirements. Perform tasks in accordance with iPipeline Agile practices; identify and analyze scope change.
- Business Processes: Support the analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshooting: Provide support in troubleshooting system issues.
- Process Mapping: Understand and assist in creating and updating process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and future business processes and system configurations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams with system testing and validation. Review and approve Master Test Plans.
- Business Systems Projects: Lead large-scale business systems projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation.
- System Specifications: Work with cross-functional teams to develop detailed system specifications and ensure proper configuration of business systems.
- Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis and create dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Mentorship: Mentor less experienced analysts, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending new technologies or system enhancements.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tool suite including latest versions of Word, Excel and
- Working knowledge of MS SQL
