IPH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager for a very popular busy family restaurant based in Oxfords Summertown. As Restaurant Manager you will need to be very hands on and lead from the front, there is minimal office work, so being front customer facing will be the main aspect of the job.
The ideal Restaurant Manager will have great customer service, a good eye for detail, be passionate about the industry, have local knowledge and welcome all guests “with open arms at all times”. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right Restaurant Manager to join a well-established business with a great reputation, where you will be leading, training and motivating all the FOH and BOH team and working closely with the GM and Head Chef to push business and achieve all Management goals, including ordering, stock control, rota.
This is a very front facing role, where you will be the face of the restaurant, so lots of confidence, great personality and an abundance of energy will be needed to be the ideal host. There is no live-in accommodation, you will need to be local, reliable and have good English. Evenings and Weekends will be required.
Salary package is up to £43K.
