IPH Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join one of our Contract Catering clients situated in Central London. You will be providing fresh, innovative seasonal food, cooking breakfast, lunch, and freshly made cake for around 150 on a daily basis, with a small amount of hospitality.
As the successful Chef Manager, you need to be hands-on in the kitchen at all times and lead, motivate, and train a team of 4. You should have passion, flair, and be knowledgeable about current market trends. A good financial understanding, including processing payroll and invoicing, is essential to push the business forward.
The Chef Manager will be involved in creating and designing high street foodie trend menus. You will enjoy a great work-life balance and work for a wonderful contract catering company that looks after their staff.
This is a full-time/permanent position, Monday to Friday, 0700 – 1530, with some flexibility required at times. Salary is up to £35,000.00.
