IPH Recruitment is on the lookout for a Sous Chef for one of Oxfordshire's busiest destination pubs located 15 minutes drive from Oxford. They offer traditional pub food with a modern twist. This is a stylish restaurant and bar, where everyone who loves great food and drink can relax and enjoy.

As Sous Chef you must have a passion for beautifully plated food, love to work with fresh and seasonal ingredients, and work well in a high-pressed environment. The ideal Sous Chef will need to be used to doing high volume dishes while still focusing on quality. We are looking for a Sous Chef who is hungry to learn and progress in their career.

You must be confident across all kitchen sections, have good knife skills, and be clean and professional. You will be part of a dynamic team with a great head chef. You will work together to create a great atmosphere to work in during extremely busy periods, offering great food at all times.

As Sous Chef, you will need to be of a calm nature and have no problem stepping up and covering when the Head Chef is off or out of the kitchen.
