The Equipment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair work for a variety of different types of machinery and equipment. To ensure production continues to run smoothly they will need to perform daily checks, preventative maintenance and work as part of a team.
Duties:
- Performing routine shield change and clean for vacuum chambers, etchers and fixtures.
- Complete morning and afternoon checks daily on equipment pressure, flows, and cylinder pressures.
- Help other equipment personnel in performing repairs, routine maintenance and area cleanliness.
- Following all safety protocols; which may include wearing a respirator when performing daily tasks and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- Must possess good mechanical and motor skills.
- Must possess good communication skills and be able to follow verbal direction and written procedures.
- Basic knowledge in electronics, pneumatic and hydraulic would be helpful or be willing to learn these skills.
- Must be able to work as part of a team or independently.
