We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Project Manager to join our Growth Analytics team (part of the overall Analytics team). This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of complex research and analytics projects, from initial scoping to final implementation and reporting. The Project Manager will act as the central hub, coordinating efforts between data scientists, media planners, strategists, developers, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, a foundational knowledge of marketing analytics and media principles, and exceptional communication skills. You will be instrumental in translating client needs into clear project plans and managing the execution of sophisticated analytical solutions that drive media effectiveness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with analytics leads, client teams, and media stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Identify and document project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across all parties.
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, utilizing appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Coordinate and facilitate daily/weekly stand‑ups, team meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Oversee the quality assurance process for all deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project‑related communications, providing regular updates to internal teams, clients, and senior leadership.
- Translate complex technical concepts and analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
- Manage expectations and foster strong, collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision‑making processes and conflict resolution among project teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Proactively escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders and leadership with proposed solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices within the Marketing Analytics function.
- Document lessons learned and apply them to future projects.
- Manage projects related to data integration, dashboard development (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), media measurement frameworks, attribution modeling, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and predictive analytics.
- Understand the interplay between media strategy, data, and analytics to ensure project outcomes directly support client business objectives.

- Extensive experience in project management, preferably within a marketing analytics, media, digital agency, or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex data‑driven or analytics projects.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
- Foundational understanding of marketing analytics concepts, media measurement, data visualization, and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., SEM, Social, Programmatic) and their associated data.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), ad servers (e.g., Campaign Manager 360), or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of SQL or scripting languages (Python/R) is beneficial but not required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
