The Partnerships Executive plays an important part in building connections between our clients and their audiences through innovative media solutions. As part of the Mediabrands Content Studios (MBCS) team, you will be embedded in the partnership team and manage the execution of multiple campaigns. Your role requires a strong focus on collaboration and harnessing the collective expertise of various craft teams across both MBCS and the front door agencies Initiative and UM. We aim for excellence, viewing each new project as an opportunity to set new industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Production: Assist with campaign production, including the development of timelines, deliverables, assets and cross‑functional coordination. Ensure campaign components work in harmony and align with our clients’ brand objectives.
  • Strategic Implementation: Work closely with the Director and Manager to help implement partnership strategies, ensuring they align with our clients’ media strategies and campaign objectives. Assist in the development of project plans to turn ideas into successful campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing campaign budgets, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Work with the Director and Manager to review financial models and pricing strategies, ensuring the most beneficial terms for our clients.
  • Cross‑Disciplinary Teamwork: Help develop good working relationships across different departments. Become part of the connective tissue between MBCS and front door agencies.
  • Market and Consumer Insights: Keep up with media trends, consumer behaviour, and cultural shifts, using your knowledge to help inform the team’s strategic decisions and provide a competitive edge in partnership offerings.
  • Client Engagement: Support our clients by understanding and anticipating their needs. Assist the team in providing strategic solutions for our clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Creative Ideation and Execution: Contribute to MBCS creative development with innovative ideas that meet strategic objectives. Translate these ideas into actionable campaign elements that deliver on effectiveness.

About You

  • Good project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote.
  • Ability to work successfully within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
