Do you want to design award winning Presentations for the healthcare industry? IPG Health Europe are currently seeking an experienced Presentation Designer to join our studio team. IPG Health is a global collective of the world’s most celebrated and awarded healthcare marketing agencies. With 45+ agencies, including 18+ specialized units, our integrated approach to the full range of communications capabilities ensures we can help clients improve outcomes and quality of life for healthcare audiences around the world. As Presentation Designer you will be a key contributor to the new business development, ensuring that all presentations effectively communicate information to external audiences by transforming raw content into visually compelling and effective presentations. They will be working closely with our new business and agency teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals. Create compelling infographics that transform words into visuals. Collaborate with account team and subject matter experts under tight deadlines to quickly address their needs. Quickly respond and interpret multiple last minute creative directions and edits. Must be comfortable managing multiple projects and expectations and communicating directly with key stakeholders. Demonstrate expert level in PowerPoint including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, actions, and videos and building templates. Handles onsite pitch rehearsals and meetings as well as travels to new business meetings with the presenting team; provides set-up, rehearsal, and breakdown/clean up support for offsite meetings as needed. Create custom style templates and visual style guide for new presentations as well as update existing templates Partner with editorial, producers, creative, copy, account, and studio to produce high quality presentation materials. Knowledge, skills and ability: Strong knowledge of MS Office, Presentation Design (interactive PowerPoint), as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, etc.) Keynote a plus Understanding of meeting platforms Problem solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and plant efficiently execute them and meet deadlines Ability to work with teams cross-functionally Able to take direction and design to uplift the story Great interpersonal skills Essential Function: Design: Brainstorm with the Business Development, and pitch teams to develop ideas to transform generic, text-heavy presentations into more graphically engaging, concise, and interactive experiences Collaboration: Collaborate with entire team quickly to address their needs, and tight deadline needs Project Management: Demonstrate an ability to handle multiple projects and respond to numerous and last-minute requests with professionalism and focus Branding Management: Help guiding the design process for pitch and help with client guideline decks, and special project when needed New Business: Act as a key contributor to the business development team, ensuring that all presentations effectively and accurately represent the information to external audiences based on the team’s input.
