Are you a master of coordination with a passion for creative operations? IPG Health UK is seeking a dynamic Resource Manager to join our Production team and take the lead in managing resource allocation across our business units and shared services.

About the Role

As the central contact point for all resource requirements, you’ll work closely with Project Management, Brand Teams, and Creative Services to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time. From overseeing daily resource requests to managing freelance contracts and budgets, you’ll be the engine that keeps our workflow running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily resource requests across Creative, Medical Writing, Design, and Digital teams
  • Manage freelance contracts and lead weekly budget meetings with senior leadership
  • Drive traffic and communication between Creative Services, Project Management, and Production
  • Lead weekly resource meetings and forecast freelance spend with the Operations Director
  • Allocate resources using Screen Dragon dashboards to track and predict future needs

Team Collaboration

  • Liaise with staff to identify workflow issues and anticipate resource needs
  • Communicate proactively with teams to ensure optimal talent usage
  • Build trust and strong relationships across agency departments
  • Promote best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and a culture of collaboration
