Finance Executive – 12 Month FTC

We’re currently looking for a Finance Executive to join our established, fast-paced finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting our UK, US, and Canada entities. The role will be based in our Macclesfield office on a Hybrid basis.
The Role
Reporting to the AR Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of the Sales Ledger, processing invoices and managing client accounts across three regions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organised, with strong Excel skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and issue sales invoices across the UK, US, and Canada
- Coordinate with the Cash Applications team regarding client receipts and remittances
- Manage credit control for UK and Canada entities
- Reclassify ledgers and perform balance sheet reconciliations at month-end
- Respond to internal and external finance queries via shared inboxes
- Upload invoices to client platforms and maintain accurate records
- Provide general support to finance analysts
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects as needed
