Overview

As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll support the delivery of medical communications projects, coordinate administrative and project management tasks, and contribute to a collaborative team and patient impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of medical communications projects with administrative and project management tasks, including scheduling calls and meetings, tracking project status, and developing/managing timelines.
  • Coordinate liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Manage financial aspects: updates to the financial system, maintain financial trackers, develop and track budgets, and raise client invoices.
  • Contribute to a varied workload where no two projects are the same, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
