The role translates the global strategic direction into clear planning frameworks, practical guidance and consistent outputs for regional and local teams. It connects global stakeholders, regional planning leads, local markets, activation teams and specialist partners so that plans are aligned to global strategy, measurable and executable. The Associate Director leads workstreams and planning processes, exercises judgement on quality and escalation, influences stakeholders, and develops the capability of others.
