Iperium is partnering with a high-growth identity security vendor that provides a modern, enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform used by large organisations across highly regulated industries. We are supporting them to hire a Sales Engineer (IAM) to partner closely with the sales team and customers across the UK. This is a customer-facing technical role for someone who enjoys translating complex identity challenges into clear, practical solutions.
What you will do:
- Support the sales team with technical discovery, demos, and POCs
- Engage with architects, IAM teams, and security stakeholders
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical value propositions
- Lead solution design discussions and technical workshops
- Work with partners and system integrators where relevant
- Provide feedback to product teams based on market needs
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Presales role
- Strong background in IAM, identity governance, or directory services
- Practical knowledge of one or more of: Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra, SailPoint, Okta, Ping, or similar platforms
- Comfortable speaking with enterprise security and identity teams
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel when needed
