IPERA Services Limited are looking for experienced financial administrators, to review the workplace pension schemes of failed companies and deal with the reclaim of unpaid contributions on behalf of their members.
Day to day duties will include, but shall not be limited to
- Gathering and summarising Employee information to enable calculation of RP15 Claims, which are issued to the Redundancy Payments Service (RPS).
- Submitting statutory notices to pension providers, HMRC and the Pensions Regulator.
- Responding to client and member queries in a timely and professional manner.
- In addition, there will a requirement to perform general administrative duties answering telephone calls and recording queries to be processed, scanning, copying, filing and uploading data to our case management system.
- The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Some knowledge or experience with company pension schemes would be advantageous.
- Confident with mathematics and performing calculations on Excel.
- Ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff. Competent in taking and forwarding messages accurately and promptly.
- Reliable, dependable and willing to 'pitch in' at all times, possessing a friendly, helpful and communicative manner.
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Good attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
Salary – Negotiable; indicatively £15 per hour but may increase, depending on relevance and experience.
Job Types: Part-time.
Hours can be flexible to suit, but we are looking for a minimum of 21 hours per week, up to a maximum of 28 hours per week.
