iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC number to join our client’s dynamic team in Essex and the surrounding area. As a registered nurse, you will show warmth and support to the residents, helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the quality of life of individuals in your care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coaching, support and observation of patients
- Sign off of medication administration
- Supporting a range of elderly residents with physical disabilities, dementia, palliative care, rehab, etc., within a home that is passionate about providing high-quality care
Requirements:
- Has to have a live registration (PIN is active)
- You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively
- A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding
- Desire to work within a Nursing Home environment
- Enhanced DBS Check
