iPeople SC Solutions is recruiting a Social Work Assistant to work for our client based in Hackney and surrounding areas. To provide support, information and advice and technical assistance to individuals and to develop, cost, negotiate and mediate their individual support plans as required. To enable individuals to take control of their support plans and resources. To assess people who are eligible for social care support to develop their own solutions and enhance their quality of life through promoting choice. To work jointly and also alone to develop support plans with people and implement these to enable people to be healthy, safe and well.
