iPeople SC Solutions is recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to work for our client based in Derby and the surrounding areas. Our client is looking for experienced children's residential support workers who can work either the day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting young people with their daily routine
  • Attending regular liaison meetings with appropriate partners/interested parties.
  • Ensuring that all provision meets relevant and appropriate health and safety requirements.
  • Having due regard to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and to follow the child protection procedures.
  • Providing high-quality care in a safe, stimulating environment
  • Working flexibly and to undertake shift work, including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.
