iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for a Quality Improvement Officer to work for our client based in Oxford, Oxfordshire. We are looking for a professional who is experienced in mobilising new contracts with care and housing providers for people with a learning disability, autism and mental health needs.

You will join our new Mobilisation, System Flow and Provider Interface team, specialising in setting up new care and support contracts, working with social care professionals, commissioners, procurement colleagues and care providers to deliver innovative and exciting ways to deliver good outcomes for Oxfordshire residents. This is a highly varied role with the scope to make a tangible impact on the lives of our population. You will work across the services ranging from children’s social care and education right through to care homes.

You will need strong organisational skills and the ability to confidently challenge all stakeholders to ensure that services are set up safely to agreed timelines. A track record of leading teams, instigating change, managing resources and overseeing projects to achieve efficiencies is essential and you will be adept at building strong relationships and networks.
