iPeople SC Solutions is recruiting for a Housing Co-ordinator to work for our client based in Enfield, Greater London. The Housing Coordinator will provide housing options and homelessness casework in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act.
The ideal candidate will have experience of the Homelessness Reduction Act casework, including initial assessments, PHPs, prevention/relief casework and main duty assessments. You will focus on new relief duty cases in emergency housing and existing accepted cases in emergency/temporary housing. You must be able to achieve HRA outcomes and assist households to move into the private rented sector. You should also have knowledge of welfare and housing policy and law as well as safeguarding.
An enhanced DBS check will be required. The post holder will also provide support and assistance to refugee families approaching for help.
