iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for a Contextual Safeguarding Lead to work for our client based in Brent.
Lead the implementation of contextual safeguarding across the London Borough of Brent by supporting Brent CYP, Brent Council and partners embed contextual safeguarding work.
To support the provision of high quality services, playing a major role in leading, developing, monitoring and reviewing the implementation of the contextual safeguarding approach across Brent CYO and the multi-agency partnership.
To support senior managers to oversee high quality of practice with children who experience extra familial harm, ensuring those young people and families experience of Social Work is necessary to deliver services to consistently high standards.
To support the evaluation of contextual safeguarding, ensuring that the tracking and planning of service improvement mechanisms are in place to monitor the extent of progress and achievement in respect of contextual safeguarding service objectives, systems change and evaluation of the impact of this.
