iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for a Housing Triage Officer for our clients based in North West London. Our client based in the North West of London is looking for a Housing Triage Officer to join their busy team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting basic homeless triage assessments to determine the housing need of potentially homeless customers.
  • Providing honest advice and managing expectations, including having difficult conversations with clients.
  • Managing a caseload for clients with changes in circumstances, communicating effectively via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and helping to manage day-to-day assessments as well as emergency homeless applications.
  • Attending the office 2 days a week, subject to change, and conducting face-to-face assessments.
