Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting with daily routine
- Attending regular liaison meetings with appropriate partners/interested parties
- Ensuring that all provision meets relevant and appropriate health and safety requirements
- Having regard to safeguarding and promoting welfare of the adults
- Providing high quality care in a safe, stimulating environment
- Working flexibly and to undertake shift work including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends
