iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for Adults Safeguarding Social Worker to work for our client based in Glossop, Derbyshire. Adults – Community/Safeguarding Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting home visits with clients on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with MOSAIC.
- Experience of working in an assessment team.
- Robust social care assessment skills.
- Mental Health experience.
- Worked under the Care Act 2014.
- Must be a hard worker and can work autonomously.
- Ability to visit clients within the Glossop High Peak area.
- Social Worker qualification registered with Social Work England.
