iPeople SC Solutions is recruiting a Family Support Worker to work for our client based in Wood Green and surrounding areas. The role involves providing effective support for children, young people and their families directly as a family support worker within the Localities Service. The role involves working with the Whole Family in order to ensure good outcomes for all.

Day-to-day management of the post will rest with the Early Help and Prevention Service based in Children’s Services. You will work with colleagues in the Family Support Service, Health, Education, Youth Justice, Social Care and Youth Service as well as a range of other agencies to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to children and families with complex needs.
