iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for a Family Case Worker to work for our client based in Chester, Cheshire West and Chester.
Family Intervention Worker to provide one to one support and intervention to families with children at the edge of care. The worker will be required to deliver intensive support in the home and the community.
You will be required to understand policies and procedures in relation to children and families and safeguarding children supported by the CIN, CP process. Preferably you will be trained and accredited in parenting interventions to fulfil the aims and objectives of the edge of care service.
You will need good recording and writing skills, be able to attend and contribute to meetings and provide an analysis of the effectiveness of the support and intervention delivered.
