iPeople SC Solutions is recruiting an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to work for our client based in The Hyde, Greater London. Our client seeks an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer for their busy Housing Management Service. The role includes:
- Delivering excellent Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) services to customers by maintaining high standards and improving operational performance.
- Managing a caseload of ASB cases, including taking legal action with a victim-centered approach.
- Participating in the management and development of community safety initiatives and contributing to their objectives.
- Dealing with the public and handling challenging enquiries.
- Taking enforcement actions related to ASB and resolving conflicts.
- Preparing witness statements, legal documents, case reports, and attending court proceedings.
- Establishing effective external and internal working relationships.
- Using IT systems such as Outlook, Windows, CRM at an intermediate level.
