iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for Adults Social Worker for our client based in Rutland and surrounding areas. The post is for an experienced adult social worker in the Contact and Response team which is the single point of contact for ASC referrals. This post is covering for internal secondment.
- Screening all contact/referrals including safeguarding
- Supporting non-qualified staff
- To ensure that the needs of adults at risk are met and co-ordinate professional involvement to support their needs and that of their carers
- To make home visits where significant risk is indicated and a rapid response is needed.
Hybrid working is available; however, 2 days a week in the office at Catmose in Rutland is required.
