We are currently recruiting for a social work operations manager for a private fostering home based in West Sussex, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery and communication of annual budgets for each unit and resulting actions. Facilitate reviews and processes for the sector to aid in the overall financial delivery, highlighting any risks to the Account Director.
  • Ensure all site team members have accurate and efficient financial control systems and are trained as specific to that site.
  • Develop management leads as required and identify the training needs. Work with relevant parties to ensure these needs are met.
  • Be the first point of reference for all client comments and concerns and take any necessary action.
